Jim Dalzell first got into the business of selling homes in 1992 after a successful career in the construction and manufacturing industry in South Africa. Jim and his wife Jo, who is the Dalzell Group's office manager, have lived in Carmel Valley since 1987.
Ryan joined the family group in 2004 after working as a flight instructor in Carlsbad, and now heads up the Dalzell Group's marketing program. He lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Julie and their 3 children.
Kevin Dalzell joined the team in 2002 after ending a professional rugby career in Europe and runs the Dalzell Group's Real Estate Investments Division. He lives in Solana Beach with his wife Nina.
