Jim achieved immediate success with Prudential California Realty and has consistently been recognized in receiving Prudential’s Presidential Award, Chairman’s Circle, Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award, and Chairman’s Circle Diamond Awards (top 1% Nationwide). In 2002 the Dalzell Group was awarded the honors for the highest listing sold in San Diego at $17,775,000.
